COMCOS V1.0 (Comment to CoSysop) for WC4.01.
 When the user invokes C at the main menu to leave a comment to 
 the Sysop this utility will allow him to post the comment
 to the sysop or his cosysop. The options are 1 for the sysop
 and 2 for the cosysop. 
 The comments are posted in any conference of your choice.
